Remember when I went to Northern Ireland in May?
Yeah, me too. I couldn’t remember either. Luckily, I’ve got just the article to bring you up to speed:
See More: Why Didn’t I Come to Northern Ireland Before?
So, after a rather packed filled day in Belfast, I had the chance to sightsee the popular and romantic wilderness of Northern Ireland thanks to my friend, Dan, organising a road trip with his best friend, Tor, who would be our tour guide for the day.
I just want to say at this point, that she did an awesome job tour guiding me. It’s no mean feat when I’m constantly asking questions, slowing everyone down with my constant photo-taking and generally putting up with my extremely bad jokes. She had a LOT of patience to last a whole day with me. It’s a testament to her kindness and loving nature to give up a Saturday of her time to show a stranger around on the road.
So, all in all, I’d like to dedicate this article to Tor for giving me one of the most beautiful day trips that I’ll forever remember.
This article showcases two locations: The Dark Hedges and Giant’s Causeway. So what better than to give you a photo essay showing what a wondrous wilderness Northern Ireland truly is…
Dark Hedges
Giant’s Causeway
But the day wasn’t over yet.
Tor soon showed us another secret of the Wild Northern Coast of Northern Ireland.
Any my god, it was good!
Stayed tuned!
Those are beautiful photos! I’ve been to Northern Ireland three times now, but have yet to see the natural beauty of it (Been to Belfast, which I love, and visiting the inlays in the countryside, so not much time to sight see!).
Next time I go I want to be a bit more of a tourist in Belfast (titanic museum, black cab tour) and go see the big sights elsewhere (pretty much everything you went to see).
