Life As A Travel Blogger
A Random Selection of Tales of My Travel BloggingTravelling around the World and I get to write about it? ‘Tis a Hard Life.
Whether freelance, in a permanent job or simply a student, I was a Travel Blogger throughout. It’s a great life as you get to travel to far-flung places around the world, go on plenty of city breaks in Europe or simply checking out the local delights. And I get to write about it! Woo! But sometimes, Travel Blogging can be hard and this section is to demonstrate to you what it means to have the life as a Travel Blogger. Sometimes, it’s not all just seeing wonders around the world. Sometimes, I’m holed up in a dark room, fretful of writer’s block and organising plans to fit in with the rest of your lifestyle.

Spilled Mulled Wine At Manchester Christmas Market
'Excuse me! Don't you know it's Christmas?!' I tartly called out to a scurrying figure through the crowds of the Manchester Christmas Markets while I brushed drops of mulled wine off my brand new coat. He had just pushed me to the side spilling my cup over me. Ah...

Sunrise on the Ionian Sea
My alarm startled me out of my deep sleep and I peeked out under my covers to be greeted with the faint glow of twilight gleaming through my window. I took a moment to think where I was whilst cursing my alarm for waking me up at an ungodly hour. I was here in...

For the next four days, I will be at a German Destination I have never visited before. It's Dusseldorf! As the capital of the German region of North Rhine-Westphalia in West Germany, I've heard it's swanky, cool, hip and what's more...sexy. What does that mean if it's...

You're probably thinking that I've only just got back from Luxembourg and Italy! As you can see I will be going to Belgium (#RexyInBelgium), another Low Country of Europe (there are three - Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg). I'm pretty excited about this country as...

Review: The Cumberland Hotel, London
The letters spelling out 'The Cumberland Hotel' stood in stark contrast in the deep blue sky with only a few wisps of a cloud to hang over London. Shouldering my backpack in front of the Marble Arch monument and ultimately the Underground Station stop on the Central...
